Together we determine if the concierge program is right for you with a deep analysis of your home and how much you could possibly net from the upgrades/renovations to your home.

2. Scope
Working alongside us, you will also be paired with one of our concierge members to go over exactly what you want in regard to repairs, small to large renovations, staging, painting, landscaping, etc. In addition, we will go over the timeframe from start to completion as well as costs.

3. Manage
We will manage your home project from start to finish with NO upfront costs or out of pocket expenses.

4. Completion
Once your home project is complete, we will then get it prepped with professional photos, videos, and marketing materials.

5. List
We are ready to list your home on the market.

6. Escrow
The cost(s) for your home project from the concierge program is paid through escrow.
